**What do you like best about Atlas CRM?**

Customers in Confluence integrates with your Atlassian product. It acts like a user profile even when the user is offline. It a great product and I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Atlas CRM?**

I have nothing bad to say  except that getting used to this product can take up sometime and it's heavy and not a light tool. 

**What problems is Atlas CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to administer JIRA project and confluence spaces.
