**What do you like best about Atlar?**

What I like best about Atlar is the user interface. The graphics and dashboard layouts provide a clear visual overview, which makes it easy to interpret data quickly. The design feels modern and intuitive.  As someone who regularly analyses cash flow and forecasts, I really value how the visuals help translate complex data into meaningful insights at a glance. Additionally, Scott and the team at Atlar are always on hand to help with any queries or questions, providing quick and supportive responses whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Atlar?**

Sometimes more granular insights can't be directly done in Atlar, meaning some analysis still needs to be carried out externally. This however is made super simple with the export features.

**What problems is Atlar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Atlar solves the challenge of managing multiple bank accounts by consolidating them into a single, easy-to-use platform. This provides a clear and centralised view of cash positions across all entities, enabling faster and more informed decision-making. It also offers quick insights into cashflows, helping to identify trends or anomalies in real time. What would otherwise require hours of manual data collection and reconciliation is now automated, allowing more time to focus on analysis and forecasting. Overall, Atlar has made cash visibility and reporting far more efficient and accurate.

**What do you like best about Atlar?**

Having all our accounts in one place is very helpful, especially when working with multiple banks. It gives us a clear and consolidated view of our cash positions. The Atlar team has also been great throughout the implementation — very supportive, responsive, and easy to work with. On top of that, the platform’s interface is neat and intuitive, which makes daily treasury tasks easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about Atlar?**

Some features are still evolving, which has occasionally required adjustments to how certain processes are handled. That said, the product is improving quickly, and feedback is clearly taken into account.

**What problems is Atlar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Atlar allows us to log into a single portal and access our cash positions across multiple banks, which saves around one hour of work that was previously spent downloading statements and consolidating data from different bank portals. It also supports cash flow forecasting and variance analysis, helping us better understand and manage liquidity. By centralizing data and automating processes, it reduces the risk of human error. Additionally, having all bank statements stored in one place is very useful, including for audit purposes.

**What do you like best about Atlar?**

All bank accounts & transactions avaliable on one tool.
Auto-sweep feature & credit transfer batch which contains a batch template.

**What do you dislike about Atlar?**

There isn’t any feature I dislike, but there are still some ergonomic improvements to make. When I’m performing certain actions, some pop-ups interfere with the view. For example, when I select sweeps to validate them, a fixed pop-up appears that summarizes my selection, and I can’t remove it. Also, some pop-ups show information such as the balance, but the window is too small to display all the data, so part of it gets cut off.
Then I would say that some actions are not always easy to find. For example I created a dasboard during a meeting to show how to create one but I could not find how to delete it.
We also noticed that some payment scheme are missing for some transfers. For example the faster payment for transfer between Barclays & Banking Circle in GBP. We can see that there is a larg list of payment scheme avaliable on Atlar but only some are activated. So, sometimes from a pricing point of view, it's more worth to book from the bank portal than from Atlar. 
The feature about closing accounts needs to be improved, because today when an account is closed we have to manually update its status. It can happen that we closed 20/30 accounts at the same time so this task can be long and manual. 
So globally, it's several small improvements that could make the tool use easier. Some have been raised and some we try to adapt with them.

**What problems is Atlar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting to all bank plateforms to check balances and transactions (however as there are still some gaps especially on balances, we continue to connect to bank portals everyday). 
Automation of manual processes like balance reporting and internal transfers. It could be great also if Atlar could have an API connection with bank to process our remain manual PayOUT automatically.

Sometimes some features are changed without being informed (for example, some exportation tools or filters change and we discover it only once the change is made)

It really helps us in our operational tasks because it's the bridge between our bank accounts and our Back Office. Therefore, it allows us to track all our clients movements and we are also able to initiate payments from all bank accounts

Atlar is everything you'd want from a modern treasury tool - intuitive, flexible, and built by people who genuinely understand finance operations. The integration process was smooth and well-handled on their side from day one, and the customer support is 10/10: responsive, knowledgeable, and always helpful.
Compared to traditional bank applications, which are unreliable, inflexible, and painfully slow to set up.

We highly appreciate the system integration and control that the platform offers, giving us visibility and control on our banking setup.
Very user-friendly platform, I onboarded someone on my team and in the same day she was running reports and approving transactions!

I also really appreciate the support and service level we get from the team: our Account Manager Edwin, always on top of everything, our Delivery Manager, Josefine, who knows everything we asks her and the Tech team that always works fast when we have any friction!

Some features for financial reporting can be further developed, but we already see improvements coming.

**What problems is Atlar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Atlar to connect with banks, to process payments, to intercompany transfers, upload and check bank statements, monitor liquidity, report on cash flows and many other daily tasks. All with a handful of banking partners. It allows us to automate and concentrate the bulk of our requirements in a single tool, with single user management and many advanced features.

We also integrate it with our ERP for accounting reconciliations and other transactions processing. This allows us to work with a leaner team and implement fast technical solutions when new requirements come!

  ### 9. Pro-active Support Team and Hands-off Integration Process - they do it all for you

**What do you like best about Atlar?**

We are still in the integration stage, but the team at Atlar have been helpful the whole way along. They took the time to understand our business needs and are all very capable and helpful - they have been proactive in managing the integration with our admittedly rather complex banking setup (through a custodian) and have made the process stress-free and easy (from our perspective - they've largely picked up the difficult parts). 

Edwin (CS) and Josefine (Delivery Manager) have been a pleasure to work with so far, dealing directly with our banking partners so there's not much lift required from our side as the Customer.

Have not used it on live accounts so far but the Atlar platform itself seems intuitive and has useful features from my using it in a staging environment.

**What do you dislike about Atlar?**

No real negatives to speak of thus far. Integration process takes a while but any delays have come from our bank, so not the fault of the Atlar team. 

I was initially under the impression that Atlar had pre-existing connections with our bank and so was not aware until later into the conversation with their Sales team that an entirely new connection would need to be set up, but I didn't feel mislead at all in this process, and they were open about what they could and could not do. They could perhaps be clearer on this point earlier in the process /in their marketing material, but again I did not feel mislead at any point.

**What problems is Atlar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Atlar acts as an 'intermediary' layer between us and our Client Money banking partners. As we pursue new investment structures in different areas, and open up new bank accounts, Atlar will act as a 'hub' for all of these accounts, and allow us to automate and integrate the process of setting up and receiving payments from / to our platform quicker and easier.

This allows us to have a better customer experience, and allows for better ease of use for our team, particularly when dealing with 'old fashioned' banks who are not as automated / tech friendly as neobanks.

Setting up an accurate cash flow analysis took quite a bit of work and felt fairly extensive. I think the built-in AI tool could do more to help streamline the setup process.

Handling multiple banks and payments would be nearly impossible without Atlar. It makes managing everything much more straightforward and keeps the process from becoming overwhelming.

The team is highly dedicated to customer satisfaction—they work hard, listen closely to feedback, and continuously improve the product to match their customers’ evolving needs, especially during the implementation phase. I also appreciate that the dashboard is intuitive and user-friendly.

Since Atlar is still a relatively new product, there are areas that aren’t yet working in the most optimal way. For example:

- CSV import validation is limited to 100 payments per batch
- Only three validation errors can be displayed at a time
- Counterparty information can’t be overwritten via file upload
- Dashboard views don’t have memory, requiring repeated navigation when switching between views

Atlar has played a crucial role in addressing a significant challenge for us: managing multiple bank accounts across various countries and currencies. The platform offers a fast, consolidated view of our cash position and cash flow, which has saved us considerable time and effort.

The categorization features provide a deeper understanding of the factors influencing our cash flow, delivering valuable insights that enhance our decision-making. The user interface is both intuitive and visually appealing, clearly designed with strong UX principles, which made it easy for our team to get started.

While the implementation process does require some time due to the complexities of banking integrations, Atlar took care of most of the work, resulting in a smooth and efficient experience. Furthermore, their customer support has been exceptional—every interaction has been professional, responsive, and focused on finding solutions.

- Very responsive and professional. Most technical issues were acknowledged quickly and solved within reasonable timelines.

Once the API was set up with our ERP system, most payments were processed without issues. In some cases, payments were delayed due to bank-specific configurations, which required support to resolve. The support we received was quick and contributed to improving the API from our side.

Some bank integrations, such as Santander, and transactions like Direct Debit are taking longer than expected. We acknowledge that this is not only related to Atlar, but it is the only drawback we’ve experienced.

Atlar is solving the complexity of managing multi-bank payment processes. It provides a single platform to initiate and track payments, download bank statements, reducing manual work and minimizing the risk of errors. The addition of Atlar to our financial systems around Netsuite has been a great and valuable decision in terms of pushing efficiency, transparency and day-to-day workload reduction. On top of that, the team is super well educated and everyone knows what they are doing, being able to provide answers within no time at any time. Customer Onboarding and post-Sale care is great. The best experience I have ever had so far when implementing/integrating a new tool. We now use Atlar on a daily basis for AP processes and cash/liquidity forecasting.

**What do you dislike about Atlar?**

There was not much to dislike about Atlar. One thing which is worth mentioning and you have to be aware of are the potential "hidden costs" that might come with the set-up of automated bank connections and other PSPs. Some banks ask for high implementation fees and monthly fees to actually provide the connection needed. 

**What problems is Atlar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So first and foremost, Atlar is easening the access to our several bank accounts across entities and countries. We have everything in one place which is great and very clear. Since we also use Netsuite as our ERP and accounting tool, Atlar is directly integrated with it and provides real time data and has really helped improving our payment run process. We have all connections in one dashboard and see our cash position immediately. In the past we worked with a lot of google sheets and xls files in a rather manual manner. Since we integrated Atlar that belongs to the past and yet we have full track record of EVERY transaction in the company.
As a scale-up in a very dynamic environment we need to be on top of all financial processes and our realtime status quo at any time. Atlar is helping us to accomplish that goal.

We have multiple banking relationships and bank accounts. Onboarding new joiners to the accounts and managing all of the accounts was becoming cumbersome, time consuming and expensive. Now all of our accounts are in one platform and we have customised access for each user so they can see exactly what they need to. This is also incredibly easy and secure to do, so we no longer need to worry about time to onboard. All of our bank account data is in one place and easy to view by all of the finance team, they can access this when they want, so additionally email communication has been reduced.

The best thing about Atlar is how relatively easy it is to implement and use versus other treasury solutions. We have seen pretty quick progress since opting for Atlar, with the Atlar team handling all of the implementation work, and the platform is modern and user-friendly. It offers strong capabilities for payments, cash management, and forecasting but without the major time investment that comes with traditional treasury tools (plus, no external consultants and long implementation projects).

I can’t think of anything in particular.

With several banking partners it can be time-consuming to log into each portal to make payments and find your cash position. With Atlar, we can connect all of our banking partners to one place so we can centralize cash management and make payments from one place with the proper approvals. It also makes it much easier to analyze our cash and generate reports, since all bank data is consolidated in the Atlar platform.
All in all, Atlar means we can cut out lots of manual work and the risk of errors, while also making it easier to make smart financial decisions based on our real-time cash positions, e.g. optimizing funding strategies and scheduling payments. It also lets us put secure processes in place like role-based access controls and approvals which we need as we scale.

Atlar stands out for its smooth implementation and intuitive design. They were very helpful in the onboarding process. The platform itself is modern and easy to navigate.

Nothing comes to mind to dislike about Atlar.

Managing multiple banking relationships used to mean logging into various portals just to track balances. With Atlar, we now have everything consolidated in one place, giving us real-time visibility into our cash position and making cash flow tracking far more efficient.

Atlar consolidates multiple banks into a single platform, eliminating the need to log into each bank separately. This applies not only to cash flow management but also to payments. With ERP integration, all payments can be managed from one portal, saving significant time and streamlining operations

Ease of use, quick support and a willingness to consider feedback from their users (and then quickly implement!)

Their integration was a bit difficult at the beginning but their new partnership with Netsuite will materially improve this. And they've really worked hard to make it work for us.

We have bank accounts all over the world and we love the ability to see and manage money flows from one place.

**What do you like best about Atlar?**

The most helpful part about Atlar that their amazing support which seems to be available round the clock even on weekends. They are happily willing to take a quick call and walk you through any issue you have with their integration.
The integration itself was quite smooth given the clear documentation and great support. With the integration, also comes a beautiful dashboard that allows you to perform most of the same actions you do through the api. This has been a time saver in when edge cases do happen.

Atlar makes it easier for us to automate our payment flow so we can offer smooth and fast payments through our bank. Their api has been more accomodating than just this, and allows us to have an encompasing management of our payouts so we can keep track of the payouts in our own dashboards as well.

**What do you dislike about Atlar?**

There is not much to dislike actually when they are allways willing listen to your feedback and address your concers quite quickly. 

If there is something I do dislike, it is the fact that they inform us from time to time that they are trying to resolve some issue with the API and drive some push towards us changing our integration as a result. But this happens rarely and they will not make the change to their API unless everyone of their customers is happy with it.

**What problems is Atlar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Atlar is helping us automate the process of payment creation and management. For us, it acts as an interface on top of our different banks and allows us to programmatically manage them through one unified interface. It also helps us have a clear picture of the payments we make so we can easily follow up with our bookkeeping software.

Right now, it is only a technical platform. To fit all client's needs, they also need to offer bank accounts and transfers from said accounts. However, there are other services available for that if that is what you are looking for.

**What do you like best about Atlar?**

Definitely the flexibility to handle all types of claim payouts, in all countries we operate on - both B2C and B2B. It has streamlined the whole process and has saved us much time and resources.

From a user perspective, both I, and colleagues who work more hands-on with payouts, are very satisifed with the platform and the dashboard, which provides a good overview for me but also all details that are required for the daily operations. 

In terms of support and implementation/integration, I´m more than satisifed as we get immediate support when needed and all implementations have been very smooth so far in all countries. 

We did a thorough research before choosing Atlar and none of the other platforms could provide this complete and comprehensive solution.

**What do you dislike about Atlar?**

So far I have honestly nothing to remark on.

**What problems is Atlar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Atlar handles all Lassie´s claim payouts to both customers and vet clinics, in both Sweden and Germany (and soon a third European country).
