This leads to dropped database connections, failed HTTP requests, interrupted SSH sessions, and ultimately customer downtime. I've had zero downtime and no latency or other problems. I haven't had to use customer support, but they are proactive in notifying customers of upgrades and potential interruptions. Page navigation is not super intuitive, for instance, finding the help pages from the account management pages, I have to log in on one tab and then open another tab and go to the atlantic.net main page to find the help pages. I run a personal webpage and some services on the lowest tier VPS, it's just for personal use, so I don't need much. Most other providers want to charge much more making it not feasible. I like being able to use my own ISO file for installation. Their customer portal is intuitive and easy to use. Support is good and responsive. I wish the expanded storage service for VPS was available in more than one data center. At present, it is only available in their flagship data center. When I do something at my end that down's a server, it would be nice to have a way of expediting a support ticket about that - Otherwise I get immediate help by phoning support. While there are obviously some differences from other big cloud platforms, Atlantic,net absolutely holds its own and is favorably comparable to platforms like DigitalOcean and Vultr. It is more expensive than any other general-purpose hosting platform but is understandable given the added expense of HIPAA compliance for the servers. This is fairly understandable. It is nigh impossible to find a hosting platform that can be considered HIPAA compliant. We've been using Atlantic.net for many years now. Their reliability is outstanding, maintenance is properly planed and concise. We are very satisfied with their VPS service as it has been low latency and speedy throughout the years. As a start-up entrepreneur and a Web designer, I found that Atlantic.net can be a perfect choice to satisfy my needs in business. Flexible prices and customized servers made a great convenience to my business since we are not a huge corporate. Besides, I learned that they provide 100% SLA for every consumer, and it is rather than impressive! Most leading cloud platforms CAN NOT guarantee a 100% SLA; however, Atlantic.net can do that.
