We used Atlantic for our background checks at my last two organizations. We operated globally but most of our hiring is done in the North America market. Atlantics technology make it fast and easy for our team to screen candidates and the live US based customer service team are always friendly and responsive. The ease of it! Atlantic employee screening seamlessly integrates with our HRIS, it's simple to use, and as the administrator there is hardly anything on my end that I have to do. I like that Atlantic pushes out all of the authorization forms and the applicant completes them so my company does not need to be involved in the authorization process. I also really appreciate how quickly the Atlantic employees screening representatives are at responding to emails and resolving any issues that may arise. They are wonderful to work with!
