Extremely easy to use & integrate with existing platforms. Customer support continues to be phenominal, not just during implementation but well beyond. I never fret when we encounter an issue or have a question becasue I know our Atlantic Team will respond promptly and work with us to resolve the issue. It is very rare that I enjoy communcaiton with third party vendors but I can say, honestly, that Atlantic Screening continues to surpise us with their above and beyond customer support. I have often used my contact Atlantic as a partner, as we are updating our preemployment policies, and they are an amazing expert in the space. It's the BEST team, and service I've ever worked with. I think it might have been a technical glitch, however, we have received the 'all clear' communication when the screen was not complete. We have internal audits in place to catch this.
