**What do you like best about Evolution?**

These ease in using the grid to update payroll prior to sending it in.

**What do you dislike about Evolution?**

would like to be able to create morecustom reports myself.

ease of submitting payroll.

**What do you like best about Evolution?**

Evolution is a very easy system to figure out and use.

**What do you dislike about Evolution?**

Evolution doesn't have as many options as some of the newer services like Paycom or isolved.

**What problems is Evolution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting is very simple with Evolution.  It helped when working on year end reporting.

**What do you like best about Evolution?**

I like that payroll data entry and E/Ds are easy to manage. 

**What do you dislike about Evolution?**

I dislike that things are spread out all over the interface and not intuitive to find, such as tax withholding overrides. Also, the reports are hard to create. 

**What problems is Evolution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s certainly easier than manual payroll recording.

**What do you like best about Evolution?**

It was extremely easy to use and had a lot of different facets to it. 

**What do you dislike about Evolution?**

I disliked that it wasn't always apparent how much you could do with the software and you sometimes had to go digging.

**What problems is Evolution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have streamlined a lot of the HR problems by putting all of our information in the database rather than having them in paper.
