Atimeüs is a SaaS ERP built for IT services companies (ESN) and consulting firms. It brings together in a single platform everything a service business needs to run its operations: time tracking, project management, resource planning, invoicing, expenses and reporting. Time and activity tracking: consultants log their time, absences and non-billable activities in timesheets, which are then validated by managers. Leave requests and expense reports are handled in the same tool. Project management: Atimeüs supports both time & materials and fixed-price engagements. Project managers follow progress, consumed versus planned workload and project profitability. Resource planning: forecast staffing and team availability to anticipate needs and keep utilization high. Invoicing: client invoices are generated from validated time entries and project milestones, reducing manual work and billing errors. Reporting: customizable dashboards give management real-time visibility on revenue, utilization rate and margins. Atimeüs is designed for every role in the company — consultants, project managers, sales and finance — with each user accessing the information relevant to their job. As a web application, it is available from anywhere, with no installation required.
