Our search is so much better with Klevu than our old platform. It is easy to find products and the ability to configure the search results through boosting/deboosting items has been great to tailor the customer experience for our business goals. It was easier to use Google to find products on our site than using our onsite search. That is no longer the case with Klevu. Since we have been using Klevu to power our site search, our search-lead sales have increased significantly, easier to find, easier to sell! We have also had great results using the other areas of the Klevu suite of products. Their options for merchandising and personalizing search and category results have also worked great for us. Their customer service is very quick to respond to requests and works with you to make sure you're satisfied. Finally, I like they are constantly making improvements/upgrades and they make sure that their customers are educated about these upgrades via frequent webinars. Working within an E-Commerce platform with very limited and time consuming merchandising functionality, integrating Klevu to power our product category pages and search has enabled us to increase conversion on our site while greatly reducing the we time spend on set up.
