We use Klevu's search function and find it both useful and a revenue boost. Sites with search use revenue increased considerably post-launch, plus useful features such as showing keywords with no results and allowing you to redirect to products or collections, boosting products in search result rankings, related keywords, popular search suggestions etc. Will boost most-clicked items for each keyword. Great integration with BigCommerce with tons of built-in features. Highly customizable with our extensive product data set to get search results and filters just how we want. The support and launch team were excellent, great knowledge and quick turnaround on changes. Need a strong store developer to get the most out of it on th efront end. We were lucky to have that. It has an intuitive understanding of customer intent, providing accurate and relevant search results which have significantly improved our customer's on-site experience. What do you dislike about Athos Commerce? Honestly, it's challenging to pinpoint a downside as Klevu has been instrumental in enhancing our online store's functionality. If I had to mention something, it would be the desire for more customization options for the search results layout. While the current design is clean and user-friendly, the ability to tailor it more closely to our brand's aesthetic would be welcome. We've tried to make the UI as customizable as possible by allowing you to completely replace all of the markup that Klevu displays if you are using our Template JS library. This even include being able to easily run your own custom code to further expand what you can do with the results (for common 3rd party apps).
