They really fall apart in customer service unless a ticket is marked urgent; they have 3 week turnaround on responding to tickets in the busier months. This means you have to overreact or be patient to get something resolved. They also lock you into automatic year-long contracts, so they have no incentive to help you. We use Klevu for our site search and product recommendations currently. The site search is huge for us. Klevu automatically recognizes typos, synonyms and beyond product data Klevu also uses our sales and product click data to order relavent results. This took us light years ahead of our previous site search which only returned exact search matches and in no particular order. The support team is very helpful, but we fall into a tier that doesn't qualify for account management even though we are using two of their products. The lack of account management leaves us in the dark on strategies to employ that I think would really help catapult us to the next level to get more out of Klevu and to ease some frustrations we've experienced. Honestly searching is so easy now. Its so smart and easy to adjust. Takes me less than a minute to customise a search now. I dont know how we managed before Klevu, Its also so easy to intergrate with our site. There is always support when we need it and they know what they are talking about. You can tweak lots of different settings if you really want to fine tune things or you can simply leave the tool to determine the most relevant products to show (for site search) and it does a pretty reasonable job of doing so. From a developmental perspective, it was pretty easy to get set up. Customer support has always been highly efficient with responses often coming only a few minutes after an enquiry has been sent. There are some tools on the market that give you more options in terms of customisation of search and category results pages, though this does often come at the expense of simplicity. We used a powerful site search provider before switching to Klevu for both site search and category pages. The problem that we had was that it was overly complex, difficult to use and took up a lot of developer resource when we wanted to make even fairly simple changes to the category page. Klevu is much easier to use, doesn't require anywhere near as much developer intervention whilst still providing us with powerful, intelligent search and category page merchandising. We have about 100,000 products on the Magento 2 ecommerce platform. We have a somewhat peculiar product set with complex rules required about what order we need to display certain products and certain product statuses. Just indexing our products took some special system gymnastics, but the Klevu development team took it as a challenge and has worked hand-in-hand with our team to show our customers just what they're looking for. They really nailed it, and their customer support has been outstanding ever since. In addition, Klevu's product synonym system and predictive spelling adjustments easily allows us to accommodate our users' regional jargon and misspellings. Merchandising and promotions has been very intuitive and effective for us as well. Since we release dozens of new products a week, I use Klevu several times a month to update promotions, expand our synonym library, or pull down statistics for reporting. What problems is Athos Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to have a bare-bones search platform on our site when we migrated to Magento 2, and our customers hated it. Our customer service team used to have to field dozens of calls a week from customers complaining about the site search. Now a little more than a year into using Klevu, those customer service calls have almost entirely vanished, and the few that do come in over the course of a month are easily resolved by the team. Even better, we're able to quickly make adjustments to our search in order to make sure that particular situation never comes up again. Klevu has been a win across several departments.
