Daily and weekly reports give a lot of insights about customer behaviour. This allows us to either create synonyms or even adjust product titles/description to improve search results. What do you dislike about Athos Commerce? For some reason updating and integrating Klevu was not very easy, took a long time and was not very cost-efficient. Therefore, it's an incredibly important aspect in revenue generation, as customers need to find the right product. They were terrible to work with. Employees didn't know the product, and they delivered nothing and charged us $5000. They strung us along for months and where not honest. Software manages well the products on PLP and Search results are displayed effortlessly. It was easy to implement the software with Bigcommerce & Vercel. It was easy for me to assign the timings at which the Klevu feed will run and Product & Catalogs will be updated on the storefront. Customer support informed us well in advance if they were going to be under maintenance. Monitoring the Klevu app daily, helps us rank the products to display first on PLP based on the analytics measured by Klevu. Klevu analytics measures both product and category levels. Kelvu feed sometimes Runs but the products weren't updated as expected on the storefront as there were issues with the product feed run, on the Klevu dashboard no error is displayed related to the feed issue which we had to look into code for the issue, or else we had to reach to customer support. We have added Klevu suggestions on multiple areas on our website. We also added their predictions to our site search. We have the ability to adjust search results if needed. We used to use Adobe's search and had to manually add recommendations for customer that were static. Klevu allows us to add customized suggestions for customers based on their search and order history. Customizing suggestions have raised our AoV because we are suggesting products the customers are more likely to add to their cart.
