"Outstanding Support and Mentorship Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Athlete Network?

What I like best about Athlete Network is the outstanding customer service and the way the platform creates a unique, centralized space for both letterwinners and current student-athletes. Its communication tools make it easy to share targeted updates, and the mentorship program features have been invaluable—helping us seamlessly match and support 70 mentor–mentee pairs this year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

Would love to see increased features in the mentorship program like integrating an in-platform video conferencing tool instead of having to send mentorship pairing off site to zoom or facetime. Over all, great staff and excited for the future working with the Athlete Network Team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great source to connect with former athletes and keep them in the loop"
5/5
What do you like best about Athlete Network?

I love how easy it is to connect with former athletes. Being able to send them exclusive content, and email them directly through the networks is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

The biggest flaw I have seen so far is that if I want an article to be available to everyone. But only want to notify a specific part of the audience. I either can not, or have to make another article of the same content labeled for that specific group then send. It would be nice to have the option to notify only a certain sport even if the article is a network wide one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Content Sharing and Insightful Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Athlete Network?

One of the things I like most about Athlete Network is that I can help reshare what our athletics website already posts with Side Arm. I really like the reports of it too and being able to pull specific rosters. I also like having a rep who is very responsive if I have ideas of what to implement for resource cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

Downsides is bouncing back and forth from the drafts to live. Whenever I try to delete drafts, it is a pain to do multiple because it keeps sending me back to the live resource cards. We did do a survey to former athletes and there were some that said they don't use it much and I think if there was a phone app it would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Software with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Athlete Network?

Not only is the software intuitive and easy to navigate, the tech team is always open to suggestions and works them into updates regularly. Customer service is top notch! I use it regularly to communicate with our alumni and always receive positive feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

The only downside is there are so many features and I have not had time to be able to master them all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Athlete Networking, Needs Better Group Chat and Info Storage"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Athlete Network?

This platform makes it easy for former athletes to connect with each other in a space designed exclusively for them. I also appreciate the availability of accurate data and contact lists, which makes reaching out much more straightforward. Candace is always extremely helpful for customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

I wish there were simpler options for chatting with groups of people, as well as a feature to save past conversations within those groups. It would also be very helpful to have a more affordable way to integrate payment solutions directly into this network, so we wouldn't have to direct our alumni to external platforms. "Easy-to-Use Platform with Excellent Support, Hoping for Faster Alumni Engagement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Athlete Network?

I like the ability to create a space where former student-athletes can reconnect with their alma mater. The tools are easy to use and understand. Plus, the AN team is great to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

My concerns regarding AN are not platform specific. I wish our grouping of Alumni were quicker to catch on. I'm hopeful that it will continue to grow. AN support has been very helpful in brainstorming ways to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Platform with Outstanding Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Athlete Network?

It is a one-stop platform for our communications and events. It is very easy to use, and Candace's training and support have been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

It is not as clean as other platforms. It would be helpful if the windows where you create resource cards and emails would expand. The current window are small and hard for older eyes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Platform for Engaging and Connecting with Letterwinners"
5/5
What do you like best about Athlete Network?

Athlete Network is a great engagement platform to connect, communicate and engage with our letterwinners. AN is open to feedback and making improvements to their platform based on user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

I don't know if it's a dislike, but if you want to highlight a resource card in a newsletter, you need to know the the title to find it. I either have to go out of network to our department website or toggle between the resource card and the live network within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Staying Connected, But Email Delivery Needs Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Athlete Network?

I like to be able to connect with my former teammates and know everything that is going on with Virginia Tech Athletics. As a user of the program I like that you can have a hotspot of where your athletes are former and current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

The least helpful thing with Athlete Network is that the emails are not always going to the main inbox for my members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Letterwinners with Seamless Sharing and Engagement"
4/5
What do you like best about Athlete Network?

The ability to share information with a large number of letterwinners is extremely helpful. Also, the ability for letterwinners to interact with one other through various resource cards that are published is a big benefit. It really encourages engagement among letterwinners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

We have discovered the years of participation/years lettered may not always line up correctly with our records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
