We can bundle specific software installation dependencies, engineering tool runtimes, and specialized application configurations into a centralized profile, then silently distribute them across our entire national fleet in minutes. The native compliance reporting exports can look incredibly dense and code-heavy straight out of the system console. When I need to present an audit-readiness summary, patch compliance percentage, or the risk-mitigation trajectory to our non-technical corporate board members or external project development partners, the raw PDFs require a fair amount of manual data extraction and visual cleanup to convert them into an executive-friendly format. I especially like having everything centralized in Atera: monitoring, remote access, tickets, and alerts. This saves time and greatly facilitates customer support. By helping me work faster and more organized, I can track issues, respond to tickets, and access equipment remotely without wasting time with multiple tools. Additionally, the initial setup of Atera was quite simple, with the installation of agents being quick and intuitive. In no time, I was able to start monitoring the equipment. I also think that, at times, the management of alerts could be more intuitive. The translation into Portuguese has room for improvement. As a project manager, working in PwC, we face the challenge is assets viability because who working and using the assets we don't have the idea but after after using this RMM easy for us to manage assets, easy for us to schedule the updates to overnight automatically without impacting any productivity. The moment an event coordinator submits an urgent ticket, I can click one button in the Atera dashboard and instantly take over their screen from the main office. If I’m away from my desk grabbing lunch and I get an emergency alert that the central kitchen server went down, navigating the mobile app to run the reboot script or open the command prompt takes too many taps.
