Ataski Financial Analyst writes the monthly management report a small or mid-sized company would otherwise need an FP&A analyst for. It connects to the accounting system the company already uses: QuickBooks Online or Xero by signing in, and NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Zoho Books or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (in beta). On the first connection it reads the trailing 24 months, so the very first report already compares against last year. Every month you get: - a P&L against the prior month and, once you load a budget, against your plan, broken down by account, - a balance sheet compared with the prior month, - cash with a 13-week weekly forecast, minimum balance and headroom, - working-capital days (DSO, DPO, DIO), - a variance read that names which accounts moved each line, and by how much. Plus an investor report, a board deck (PPTX) and an Excel workbook with live formulas. Every figure ties back to your ledger. If the books cannot prove a number, the report says so instead of inventing one. A second, independent AI reviewer checks every monthly narrative before it reaches you; a disagreement comes to you instead of being settled quietly. Nothing is published or shared until you approve it. It only ever sends read requests to your accounting system: it never posts entries or closes the books. Pricing: Solo $599/mo (one company), Team $1,499/mo (up to three companies), Practice $1,995/mo (up to ten client companies). First month free on one company with monthly billing, no card needed. Yearly billing: two months free, billed upfront. Plans renew until cancelled; prices exclude applicable tax.
