Atandra T-HUB is a multi-channel Order Manager solution designed to integrate your ecommerce stores with QuickBooks and Shipping services (UPS/FedEx/USPS).

**What do you like best about Atandra T-HUB?**

This is the best to use if you have multiple e-commerce websites, including 3rd party sites like Amazon. They bring all your orders into 1 screen and you can make labels from their interface.  What even cooler is if you have a sophisticated warehouse with bin locations, you can print a pick list and gather all the items in one swoop.

**What do you dislike about Atandra T-HUB?**

Inventory syncing has been a challenge for us.  That could just be an issue with our systems. Also, it is not up to the minute (although you can set it for that). If you sell an item in a real store environment (and it is the last one), it will take a while before it uploads to your online store. If you set the automaton to every minute, it uses up your bandwidth.

**What problems is Atandra T-HUB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue is inventory syncing. Currently, it is working but after a while, we may need to do a full sync to start over.  When we have a significant issue, their tech support is very helpful.

**What do you like best about Atandra T-HUB?**

THUB has helped automate our order downloading and tracking uploading for years. Has helped make shipping orders, printing packing slips and uploading tracking as easy as clicking a few buttons.

**What do you dislike about Atandra T-HUB?**

Would be nice to talk to a person for technical support every once in a while.

**What problems is Atandra T-HUB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Do not have any current problems with their software.
