The interface is simply enough for everyone to easily kickstart. Creating OKR, assigning collaborators, or tracking down progresses is very simple. aTalent AI assistant can help to understand OKR, create and fine tune our OKRs. with help of AI, the user acceptance is high, and its easy to promote it within the organization. And we got pretty good feedback from employees after implementation. **What do you dislike about aTalent TM?** I can’t think of anything that can be improved for now, We encountered a few technical bugs initially, but they were resolved very quickly. Overall, the platform meets our needs, and there isn’t much to complain about. **What problems is aTalent TM solving and how is that benefiting you?** aTalent OKR make it easy to align individual objectives with organizational goals. It also fosters cross department collaborations and communications- that is something we find difficult before. Now we can clearly see exactly what objectives others are working on and know how to assist.
