Struggling to find a positive/best about this product, it's been a struggle and uphill battle to keep this product properly functioning for my organization and needs. Product is fairly pricy, very time consuming to setup, and constant issues with product....the most frustrating part though is the many trouble tickets I've had with AT&T to fix it and the lack of commitment from their support group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering AT&T Website Solutions: The email servers do not configure well, when you use the shared webhosting services. When an email is sent to the corp distro list, the email queue manager does not load properly when the server processes the run out. Additionally, they allow user activity in simple POP email to create unmanageable conditions on the server. For instance, the spam filter places spam into the junk folder, but does no further processing. So, the junk folder can grow to a size that prevents the system admins at AT&T from accessing the folder or running commands against it, say, to delete messages older than 1 month. It amazes me that an organization the size of AT&T can not get this right in 2019. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. At the time of purchasing this service, I had hopes to solve many of my organization issues, but over the last 6 months it's only taken more time of mine, more money, and much frustration with support to seem to hardly ever get product issues resolved. What do you dislike about AT&T Website Solutions? subscribed with AT&T DSL high speed internet. When I was installing DSL, I responded yes to merge my yahoo. Now I found many issues with the merge. AT&T forces me to buy domain from their portal. I can't buy domain from yahoo anymore. Yahoo doesn’t move my existing websites to a new yahoo account. AT&T portal is very poor and does not meet my needs. AT&T won't reverse the merge with yahoo. I have no options. This is clear monopoly. I can't accept that. What should I do? I've been calling them for over two weeks now and wasting long time on hold but no results. I bought a domain called saplessons.com from AT&T portal because I have no other options but I can't forward it anywhere.
