The offer behind AT&T work force manager is very attractive. Centralized platform for planning, sending, and monitoring my construction team abroad would be a really great idea in theory. Unfortunately, the real world has turned up the mattress. AT&T Workforce Manager is without doubt an ancient analogization. The system’s interface is not easy to use, and the featured reporting tools seem to be inadequately complex. The system has suffered from glitches and slow performance, and administrating an area team with a vast set of factors to consider, this has a huge effect on efficiency. One of the things that might stand in its way is the fact that the size of the team is small and the structure of the work is simple. But for my business which represents a large and roaming workforce, the annoying technical problems and the lesser user friendly solution, rather create more problems than solution. The client support has been poor and it has disturbed our business. The monitoring and reporting features have been obstructive during our implementation phase.
