What do you like best?

Applications are great for all levels of users. The most basic user can start off right away with PDF reports or viewing dashboards and the most advanced analyst can pull data from the API.

Real-time processed data is available within 4 minutes. It can immediately be sliced and diced in reports and exported.

REST urls allow you to ping their API an unlimited number of times. You can also import REST API urls from other sources and display they in dashboards. The Data Query tool is incredibly powerful and allows you to answer questions very quickly and at the same time, get very detailed data.

There are frequent updates to the tool to release new features or improve existing ones, and the company is very open about the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Dashboards will throw errors on occasion, maybe once or twice per month.

Access rights are difficult to manage because they are created and set in two different locations.

Conversion funnels need to be updated and modernized, and allow for more flexibility.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take the time to learn about each of the applications and how they apply to you. You may find that only a handful of people really need to learn the tool at an advanced level and everyone else can stick to surface level interactions. If you're doing a lot of customizations set-up can be a little difficult, but the consultants should be able to walk you through everything. Don't be afraid to ask questions or challenge them - in my experience there's a way to accomplish anything you can ask for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving issues with marketing campaigns that are directed to incorrect landing pages or budgeted incorrectly with the real-time data, which saves us money or provides more opportunity. Also with the real-time data we are able to monitor site performance after code pushes to determine whether the push broke anything on the site or is having an immediate negative impact.

We are able to add custom tracking to links, menus, widgets and banners that allow us to analyze the effectiveness of these features and determine their optimum settings.

We can create custom reports that are GA-style in how they can be manipulated to an extent, but not completely changed for users who don't need to learn the back-end of the product. This is more effective in time management and provides the right information to the right people without a lot of upfront cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I think it is perfect to tell the analytics and statistics for a website or webspace you are monitoring. Knowing the visits and the link interaction within the website you are tracking and putting everything into readable data and customization graphics is very good. Also, for the reporting to the management part. I think it is less appropriate in organizations where people are not trained on these kinds of tools because they are not really easy to use or understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As the CRM Manager, I work with an internal partner relationship management (PRM) platform that we use to communicate and interact with our partners, which in our case, are our customers. Both AT Internet and Birst help us keep track of where the registered customers are interacting more inside this PRM. What do you like best?

The main things which i do not like about it is its interface which is confusing and complex. It is not easy to you and the old version was better in which the interface was easier. AT Internet Suite provides a web-based assessment that is accessible on all machines to a number of users at any place in real time. I use the API to generate reporting and boards, where I can simply dig the sort of information and remain on the ground rapidly to get KPIs. There are some extended reaction moments to accounts centered on big database in certain circumstances. For computer users, it can be really easy to overlook a checking panel and miss some important information. It is useful for a company that constantly have to work with media as it is able to analyze cohorts and investigate the interaction between participants and their material. What do you like best?

AT Internet has a range of tools / apps for different target groups within the company. This allows each employee to provide the Analytics solution they need.

The tool is further developed according to customer requirements.

What do you like best?

The product support team have been great during training, onboarding and configuration. We could not have asked for more from them and they made the process very straighforward Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are a few (very minor) UI quirks, but once you are used to them, the reporting tools are very flexible and we've been able to achieve everything we've needed to so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Professional team. AT Internet does a great job helping you to make the tool work, And after that, they are always searching for ways to improve your data and user experience.

Updates. Over the years, AT Internet proved, that they are able to keep up with the high speed of development in Digital Analytics. There are so many new functions.

Customer focus. The tool is huge, we don't need all of the functions. AT Internet always tries to figure out what may help us - they are not selling us functions that we din't need.

What do you dislike?

By now, I can't really say that I "dislike" anything.

Reliable data. AT Internet provides metrics adjusted with Digital Analytics Association, giving clear metrics meaning description and help you understand data in a right way.

Flexible system. The data is stored in a raw, non-aggregate way, web interface provides a powerful segment constructor, including user-based segments (cohort) and here's REST API for any data to work with it in a custom way.

Professional team. Digital Analytics Consultants here understand both the tool and web digital analytics tasks excellent. They help to define your objective, configure the tools and understand data in a right way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Long response time for reports based on a huge datasets in some cases. If your volume of data is high and you're requesting a data within a complex segment then response time could be significant. But the processing time for regular reports could be improved by AT Internet team if you request it.

AT Internet is used across the whole our media company. It addresses the following business problem: media consumption analysis—how does our audience read the content we produce, page layout analysis—does our navigation system work good, audience acquisition analysis—which traffic source works better, m/v testing for launching updates. We also use Data Query to get the data for our own custom dashboards.

In the end

- we understand which content is popular and then we can adjust newsroom efforts.

- we adjust marketing spendings based on the channels efficiency.
