**What do you like best about Async Interview?**

It is a fantastic way for the candidates and the hiring team, to give your a flexibility. Candidates can record their responses whenever they want, which makes for more scheduling flexibility on both sides. Getting to revisit answers as I please is just beautiful.

**What do you dislike about Async Interview?**

One downside I’ve noticed is that the AI evaluation tool doesn’t always fully appreciate nuance when assessing candidates' responses, particularly more subtle aspects like tone or body language.

**What problems is Async Interview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AsyncInterview. ai is solving this issue of scheduling conflicts, which may cause delays in the hiring process. As interviews can be done asynchronously, this cuts down drastically on the time spent arranging interviews. Waste time calling each candidate to see if they qualify (hiring is expensive) and waste even more time to book in, go for interviews, etc, while AI-powered transcription and evaluation tools speed up the whole hiring process.

There are that many more tools for managing multiple candidates at once. When it comes to reviewing interviews, doing a batch at once can feel daunting without a better way to monitor progress.

It has been really convenient for our hiring team to collaborate with one another. We can assign team members to be included in interview answers so that they can comment without requiring separate emails. It also allows us to categorize candidates in the platform so that we can decide much quicker.

The only thing I would wish it had more in depth tutorials for first time users, though the platform is fairly easy to learn once you get used to it.

I’ve been on a couple video interview apps, but Async Interview is one of my favorite as its versatile. Be it video, audio or text-based reactions.

The platform is also really useful for managing candidates across multiple channels because you can use it with more than 5,000 apps using Zapier.

Nothing major, though it would be cool if there were more customization options for automated email templates
