The most important thing to me when looking for a podcast platform was it had to be easy to use. It took very little time to learn how to create a new show and start building episodes. Cost was also a factor, and I love that even with the free version I get the basic tools I need. There are two things I've been frustrated by (although as of yet they haven't been deal breakers). The first is that I haven't been able to figure out how to do any editing of my episodes from the mobile app (only the desktop version. The second is that when I go to schedule+publish an episode I end up having to enter all of the episode information twice. There could be a simple solution to both, I just haven't found it. Can't see any analytics information. AI is a nice touch, but when using it to improve audio, it generates a lot of "sounds" on the track that are actually very noticeable and noisy, so you have to check the audi track and make cuts where needed. Podcastle has saved me so much time and money to be able to do everything all in one tool. The online podcasting editing tool is super intuitive to use. I love the AI audio mastering tools that are built and allow you the ability to "master' the audio of a full track or individual stream. It is easy to implement all of the features and publishing. When I reached out to their customer support team they were quick to handle my issues. I frequently use the tool for all of my podcasts multiple times a month. My school in Dundalk, Ireland started a podcast for Transition Year students. When deciding ideas on how to record it, edit and publish we tried multiple different programs to carry out these ideas we stumbled across Podcastle and the very useful and friendly interface helped us students with no experience in any of these topics do it with out any stress. The easy useful one program helped us do all edit, record then export all of our episodes with ease. When we started doing episodes with local celebrities we used the very easy method of inviting them to a call and recording it all on Podcastle, This was one thing we found Podcastle offered that other programs didn't. Then when it came to editing which none of us students knew how to do it was super easy, the easy cutting clips and importing clips method was so helpful and simple. Then we published our podcast on Spotify and the easy export method was super helpful. In conclusion we would recommend Podcastle to anyone looking to start a podcast because of its simplicity and easy and simple interface. One thing I did not like about Podcastle was the way we couldn't figure out how to record with two usb microphones but we understand it can be quite difficult to do this anyway so it was a slight curve we overcame by recording on video call instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Podcastle for the last 5 months now, and while this is my first time using any type of podcast editing software, I've had no issues with the application. Everything is so easy to use, and if you don't understand it then they even have little tutorials on how to do things. The editting features are probably my favorite, most notibly the magic dust feature that makes the audio sound much more clear. I'm within the application about 3 times a week, and when any issues have come up the customer support was quick to help. Would reccommend to anyone starting or continueing their podcast journey.
