I use Asurint Background Screening Solutions for all our background check needs, remote drug screens, and managing one of our customer's DOT random testing. I feel that the results come quickly, and the platform has been updated. All aspects of the process run smoothly, from submitting, invoicing, to service. The initial setup was a good process, without any issues. It's also integrated with Avionte, which is convenient. I'm very likely to recommend it to others, rating my likelihood as a 10 out of 10. What sticks out to me about Asurint is the chat feature that connects you to a customer service representative. In my office, we use several screening services, and any time there is a problem, the chat feature would be beneficial. Sometimes, depending on the circumstance, the reports are difficult to follow. The way the background reports are displayed when they get sent back to you needs some refinement. Some items can get very detailed in providing candidate insight. When conducting a preemployment screening and review it is nice to review the canidate and their honesty and accuracy in the details they provided during the interview and application process. Some items required digging and follow-up when completing and reviewing a candidate's background; however, this seems to be par for the course with most background companies I have dealt with.
