In the times when we have doubts, I have contacted them and there have been occasions when they explain it, I would say, as if one were mentally incapacitated, or quick to cut the call, or as if it bothers them, which at least I, who like to take notes, ask the steps, I end up equally confused. It hasn't been all the time but it has happened to me and it's not pleasant.
