As I am administrator of the system data implementation was the main thing I needed to do. I received really great help and istructions/trainings how to do everything. Onlny problem we had was connected with award letter view, but Astrella team helped us with this. Second - Platform. It is quite easy to use and intuitive for both - Admin and employee view. It could work faster, I think. Third - I like customer support, quick and really helpful. I can't say anything about integration yet - we only have plans for this for the future. **What do you dislike about Astrella?** Problem with mobile app (some bugs on Android) no proper Audit report (where I did what changes, and who was removed from the system with employee details) Bad format of numbers in report (it's easy to fix in excel but annoying). By moving to Astrella, we were able to take over this function and save significant money and offer a better epxerience to our investors. ### 3. Astrella checked all those boxes for us and more. The Astrella team was great to work with as they met our needs through out the process. The customer support is great and always very helpful in addressing our needs. **What do you dislike about Astrella?** Astrella may not have the brand recognition or all the features as some of their larger competitors; however, for a small start LLC they meet all your needs at an affordable price that is unmatched. **What problems is Astrella solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we got Astrella we were doing all our equity management on an excel sheet. While the user interface appears to be relatively intuitive, there are occasional challenges in comprehending the reporting and dashboard functions. We received access to the software and received a valuation for less than 1/2 the price of just the software from competitors. It's probably not quite as good as other software providers, but it's functional so I believe value is excellent. **What do you dislike about Astrella?** They are still working out some bugs. The UI seems pretty straight forward, but the reporting and dashboards can not make sense at times. It can be difficult to add new users at times. **What problems is Astrella solving and how is that benefiting you?** Astrella centralizes all equity management in one location and provides access to stakeholders. We track equity documents and agreements in Astrella and provide access to Stakeholders. It also provides a central location for auditors to access and audit our records.
