I usually create websites in less than five minutes with Astra, which I can never do with other themes. Their starter template plugin downloads almost right away. They give you multiple options to choose from no matter your niche. All the options load super fast and are very easily customizable with WordPress Elementor. When using Astra, with Elementor, you edit every element easily and pick from a very wide range of colors to choose from You can even edit the header and footer in Elementor Pro or with the customize tab at the Top of the WordPress home tab. What brought me here today is the Support when there's a bug. I'm in America, and English is my first and only language. Brainstorm Force is in Asia or somewhere in the Middle East, so I'm not sure if the language barrier is the problem, but there's definitely a problem. You'll only get AT MOST 1 email response per 24-hour period. The first person who responds will recommend absurd things that have nothing to do with the bug you're reporting, the screenshots you've sent, etc. I had the same issue with their Ultimate Beaver Builder plugin. It's literally pointless to send a bug report to their Support staff. They pretty much ask "is your computer plugged in? are you connected to the internet?". I always use the Beaver Builder theme since I use Beaver Builder and Beaver THemer exclusively, but since I had to buy a license for an "adopted" website whose license expired, I thought I'd give it a chance. What a giant waste of time. I'm now on day SEVEN, yes DAY 7, of trying to get them to see that the Astra Theme has a glitch - there's a font size set by the theme that's overriding the font size set in a Beaver Builder Module. They asked me to make a staging copy of the site, just for them, just for one font-size issue, while also saying that they do not see/understand the issue! I'm exhausted and annoyed. I'd like to just add some custom CSS to override the bug, but I want them to SEE the problem first. I don't want my hours and hours of back and forth, diagrams and screen shots, to go to waste! I know if I add custom CSS, they're just going to say "it looks like it's correct now. what would you like us to do?" **What problems is Astra WordPress Theme solving and how is that benefiting you?** None.
