Nothing special - Support is the worst **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Abby B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2021 **What do you like best about Astra WordPress Theme?** It's just average on theme control and customization options. **What do you dislike about Astra WordPress Theme?** It's not super lightweight or super unique, so I don't understand all the 5-star reviews. What brought me here today is the Support when there's a bug. I'm in America, and English is my first and only language. Brainstorm Force is in Asia or somewhere in the Middle East, so I'm not sure if the language barrier is the problem, but there's definitely a problem. You'll only get AT MOST 1 email response per 24-hour period. The first person who responds will recommend absurd things that have nothing to do with the bug you're reporting, the screenshots you've sent, etc. I had the same issue with their Ultimate Beaver Builder plugin. It's literally pointless to send a bug report to their Support staff. They pretty much ask "is your computer plugged in? are you connected to the internet?". I always use the Beaver Builder theme since I use Beaver Builder and Beaver THemer exclusively, but since I had to buy a license for an "adopted" website whose license expired, I thought I'd give it a chance. What a giant waste of time. I'm now on day SEVEN, yes DAY 7, of trying to get them to see that the Astra Theme has a glitch - there's a font size set by the theme that's overriding the font size set in a Beaver Builder Module. They asked me to make a staging copy of the site, just for them, just for one font-size issue, while also saying that they do not see/understand the issue! I'm exhausted and annoyed. I'd like to just add some custom CSS to override the bug, but I want them to SEE the problem first. I don't want my hours and hours of back and forth, diagrams and screen shots, to go to waste! I know if I add custom CSS, they're just going to say "it looks like it's correct now. what would you like us to do?" **What problems is Astra WordPress Theme solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. I completely understand your plight and would like to mention that I have gone through your ticket before jumping in to reply here. I see you had an issue with the inline CSS not working properly and our team found it difficult to understand since they could not look into your website. With further discussions with our developers, I see that we have a filter that can be used in such cases. I can share that with you in case you still wish to get things working with Astra. Coming to the other mentioned issues, I’d like to inform you that although we began as a small team in India, we are currently a global team with members spread across 12 different countries. I do understand that the response period back then (a year back) would have been a little longer but that is now reduced to a maximum of 4 hours or even lesser. I’d also like to mention that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we are focusing on continuous improvement ever since we started. We appreciate customer feedback and take things positively understanding that nothing is perfect and there is always some scope for improvement.
