I found the team to be uninterested at responding at times - the sales person, as well as, the CSM. I would say the customer service can be better.

We performed an express pentest - it covered supposedly 22 test cases. When the results came out - there were 10 failing. Some among the rest 12 still seem off to us - we were sure they would fail.
