It never felt like a consultancy sending us templates - they did the work, drove the timeline and prepared us properly for the audit, including an internal audit and coordination with the auditor. Fixed pricing with a certification guarantee also made it an easy decision. **What do you dislike about Asteron?** Hard to name anything real. The onboarding phase requires focus from your side - lots of questions and access to grant in the first couple of weeks. It pays off later, but be ready for it. **Recommendations to others considering Asteron:** Assign one person on your side as the point of contact and answer their questions quickly - the speed of the project depends mostly on you. If you're a healthtech or SaaS company facing ISO 27001 for the first time, this is much faster than figuring it out with a compliance platform on your own. **What problems is Asteron solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 to close enterprise deals, and we had no in-house compliance person. Asteron basically became that person. They built our ISMS, handled documentation, automated evidence collection and got us through both audits. They handled most of the work themselves, explained things clearly, and did not waste our time. They are professional, fast, and very easy to work with. **What do you dislike about Asteron?** Nothing significant. We were happy with the cooperation and the result. If I had to mention something, ISO 27001 itself still requires some internal time and coordination from the company side, but Asteron made this as easy as possible. **Recommendations to others considering Asteron:** I would recommend Asteron to companies that want to go through ISO 27001 in a practical and efficient way. They know the process well, save a lot of internal time, and make everything much easier to manage. **What problems is Asteron solving and how is that benefiting you?** Asteron helped us prepare for ISO 27001 without making the process complicated.
