It is a collaborative software for taking, structuring and visualizing notes for effective strategic meetings and a better follow-up of actions and decisions. As a Microsoft partner, it is fully integrated into the Teams meeting interface. Aster intervenes in the 3 stages of a ritual. It automates the preparation and maximizes collaboration, makes the animation fluid and rhythmic and automates the sending of the minutes and the follow-up of actions and decisions. More than 55% of our users' meeting preparation is automated. Overall, our users spend up to 30% less time in meetings and have a lighter mental load.

"Make the information flow more efficient"

What do you like best about Aster?

More than the solution it is the company approach.

Aster is a technical solution, but it is as well a real individualized coaching that takes time to understand your needs and support your progress.

The only easy solution (per my point of view) that allows to implement a management cascading system in your organization (from one to one, to team meetings, going through multiples functionnal or hierarchical routines). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aster?

Officially fully integrated to Google, but some tricky rules, make it more efficient and stable to use in an autonomous way. (Don't create Aster Routines starting from Google Agenda but from Aster and insert a dynamic link into your Google Agenda Meeting is much more safe).

What problems is Aster solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem we solve is the improvement of the flow of information between different management routines (hierarchical or functionnal).

The benefit we get are :

to standardise the agenda of each routine,

to have efficient routines (better preparation, better animation during the routine, task adressing, synchronization with Google Tasks),

to better share the information (routine sum-up sent immediately at the end of the meeting),

Aster has solved my problem of unproductive meetings. It has helped me and my team to stay focused, organized, and accountable during meetings. With its real-time collaboration and task assignment features, we are now able to accomplish more in less time, which has increased our overall productivity and efficiency. What problems is Aster solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Meetings are always prepared in advance, with clear goals.

- Doing the minutes becomes easy and simple, as sharing notes with all the relevant people (who attended or not the meeting)

- We use Aster for internal 121 so we have models to help manager in following up the decisions made.

- With client, we also built some standard agendas for meetings, so our consultants are sharing their best practices and we deliver the same level of quality for minutes of the client meetings.

"Great user to organize and save time during our meetings"

What do you like best about Aster?

Integrating this meeting efficiency software into my team was an excellent opportunity to improve the efficiency of our work organization. The feature that I love the most is its integration with Microsoft Teams. It makes managing meetings so much easier. But it’s not only about the product but also about the quality of the advice Aster experts gave to improve our meetings! The support of their team is considerable. The application allows me to save time at every step with my team: in preparation for meetings, everyone shares their field feedback, difficulties, and ideas with me. We go through the topics together in the meeting: no topic is forgotten, and we immediately put action plans in place.
