It is a collaborative software for taking, structuring and visualizing notes for effective strategic meetings and a better follow-up of actions and decisions. As a Microsoft partner, it is fully integrated into the Teams meeting interface. Aster intervenes in the 3 stages of a ritual. It automates the preparation and maximizes collaboration, makes the animation fluid and rhythmic and automates the sending of the minutes and the follow-up of actions and decisions. More than 55% of our users' meeting preparation is automated. Overall, our users spend up to 30% less time in meetings and have a lighter mental load. ## Aster Reviews ### 1. Aster is a technical solution, but it is as well a real individualized coaching that takes time to understand your needs and support your progress. The only easy solution (per my point of view) that allows to implement a management cascading system in your organization (from one to one, to team meetings, going through multiples functionnal or hierarchical routines). **What do you dislike about Aster?** Officially fully integrated to Google, but some tricky rules, make it more efficient and stable to use in an autonomous way. (Don't create Aster Routines starting from Google Agenda but from Aster and insert a dynamic link into your Google Agenda Meeting is much more safe). Some instabilities when you changes the parameters of a meeting... (diffuse, add someone, ...) **What problems is Aster solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem we solve is the improvement of the flow of information between different management routines (hierarchical or functionnal). The benefit we get are : to standardise the agenda of each routine, to have efficient routines (better preparation, better animation during the routine, task adressing, synchronization with Google Tasks), to better share the information (routine sum-up sent immediately at the end of the meeting), to have a better follow-up of our strategical & tactical project. ### 2. Its ability to streamline the entire meeting process from start to finish is amazing. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for anyone to create and schedule meetings, set agendas, assign tasks, and take notes. It’s a one-stop-shop for all your meeting needs. **What do you dislike about Aster?** Honestly, I can’t think of anything I dislike about Aster. **What problems is Aster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aster has solved my problem of unproductive meetings. It has helped me and my team to stay focused, organized, and accountable during meetings. With its real-time collaboration and task assignment features, we are now able to accomplish more in less time, which has increased our overall productivity and efficiency. The feature that I love the most is its integration with Microsoft Teams. It makes managing meetings so much easier. But it’s not only about the product but also about the quality of the advice Aster experts gave to improve our meetings! The support of their team is considerable. **What do you dislike about Aster?** Maybe a little more customization of the meeting space. Some minor bugs were also detected but quickly corrected by the team. **What problems is Aster solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a lot of issues around confusion and miscommunication during meetings. With Aster, and its collaborative note-taking feature, everyone can contribute their ideas and action items and stay on the same page. Thanks to the alerts and responsibility shared for each subject, we have a stronger engagement than any other solution. **What do you dislike about Aster?** For now, the element that could be improved is the data collection to have a clearer view of all the subjects shared through the different meetings. I know that this is in the roadmap. **What problems is Aster solving and how is that benefiting you?** It reduces the time spent in meetings and ensures everyone is engaged through those synchronization times. For example, we reduced by 50% our time spent in All Hands meetings per week while covering as many subjects as possible and ensuring a better follow-up of each task. ### 6. We go through the topics together in the meeting: no topic is forgotten, and we immediately put action plans in place. Daily, Aster reduces a huge mental workload, optimizes time, and aligns teams. **What do you dislike about Aster?** In other teams than mine, some people are using Word, and I would like everyone to switch so that everything is completely centralized and simple in Aster. **What problems is Aster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aster helps to refocus everyone on the current objectives and the actions that each person needs to implement to achieve them, which we discuss together in meetings. ### 7. Very efficient and quick to get started. It engages teams in preparing their meetings, and the minutes have become indispensable in our activity. Personally, I particularly appreciate it during 1-to-1s, very useful for having precise and organized tracking. **What do you dislike about Aster?** The application is a bit plain, and the initial setup can take a while because each user needs an identifier. But we understand this from a security perspective! **What problems is Aster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organization of meetings, tracking of weekly points, thus greater efficiency in accomplishing tasks. Allows management teams to have a real tracking board, to motivate teams, to meet objectives. The integration with Office365 allows for good productivity. The Aster teams are attentive and listen to you for the product roadmap. **What do you dislike about Aster?** it is necessary to be up-to-date on the versions of Office365 to reap all the benefits **What problems is Aster solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issues are taken through an internal interface of the product and are resolved very quickly. ### 9.
