AssistCall is an AI receptionist for service businesses. It uses the business’s supplied information to answer incoming calls, capture caller details and help book appointments. Businesses can forward an existing number and review call summaries, recordings and transcripts in the web dashboard. Pro features include live monitoring and takeover, warm transfers, SMS follow-up and CRM connections. Starter is $49/month with 100 minutes, one AI agent and one local number. Pro is $149/month with 500 minutes, and Enterprise is $399/month with 2,000 minutes. Additional minutes cost $0.30 each. The first-subscription trial is up to seven days or 50 minutes; a card is required, and cancellation before the trial ends avoids charges. AssistCall currently supports English and is a product of Starling Global.
