AssetPass is Australian built maintenance and compliance software for yards that run a mix of assets: trucks, trailers, excavators, generators and tippers. One dashboard rolls up every asset across every depot by registration, inspection, service and fault, with a single needs attention count. Service schedules run on kilometres, hours or days, and a nightly sweep flags registration, inspection, service and certificate expiry before the date passes. Digital jobcards cover quote to completion, with clock on and clock off, outside repairer jobs, parts and labour costing with GST, and the option to ground an asset. A drag and drop workshop board plans the week by day, week or fortnight and shows unbooked jobs and faults. Drivers complete prestart checklists on a phone with nothing to install, attach photos to fault reports and scan a QR code on the asset. Checklists are customisable, with critical and do not operate flags and cadences from shift to annual. Running cost reporting shows spend by month and financial year to date, by category and per asset. Team records track licences, medicals, tickets and inductions with expiry countdowns. Maintenance records generate live from completed jobcards and send as one email, which suits operators keeping records under the HVNL and either accreditation scheme. Depots are separated at the database level with row level security, and access is set by role for HQ, depot managers, workshop, drivers and read only users on a tamper evident audit trail. Pricing is $7 per asset per month, unlimited users, unlimited depots, with a 30 day free trial and no card required.
