AssetJay is a cloud-based IT asset management platform built for small businesses without dedicated IT staff. It gives ops leads, office managers, and founders a central place to track who has what equipment, monitor warranty expiry dates, and run structured offboarding when people leave. Core features include asset tracking across 16+ equipment categories (laptops, monitors, phones, software licences, and more), AI-powered receipt extraction that auto-fills purchase details from uploaded or forwarded receipts, and automated warranty expiry alerts at 30, 7, and 1 day before coverage ends. Teams can bulk import existing equipment from CSV, forward purchase confirmation emails to a unique inbox address for automatic parsing, and manage shared equipment borrowing with return reminders. An optional employee self-service portal lets team members view assigned equipment, request new items, and borrow shared assets. Flat pricing with no per-seat fees. Free plan covers 25 assets and 10 AI extractions per month. Pro plan covers 250 assets and 100 AI extractions at $24.99/month. Cloud-hosted with no installation required.
