Asset & Inventory Tracker is a Windows desktop program for companies, warehouses, repair shops, offices, schools and associations that need to know what they own and who has it. Register equipment with photos, invoices and QR labels; lend items out and take them back with printable loan receipts; assign devices or vehicles permanently to staff with handover and return forms; log maintenance and faults; get warned before warranties expire; and see straight-line depreciation and net book value. Statistics plus PDF and Excel reports by category, location and status. Deleted assets can be restored. The interface is available in six languages (English, Kurdish, Turkish, German, French and Spanish). Records stay on your own computer with automatic backups, so there is no cloud account and no monthly fee. One-time license (CA$199); free trial with every feature for up to 10 assets.
