Asset Bank is very easy to use. I am not all that technically minded but I have been able to adapt the software to the needs of the business easily. I like that it is easy to use and constantly being improved upon. I also like that the support team is friendly, responsive and dedicated to making sure that the product is well functioning and well-suited for the customer's needs. The collection is growing constantly and our users are all over the world. I do not have staff working for me so I need users to be able to interact with the tool directly to access images. I have been working with Asset Bank for the past 10 months and I am very happy with the work the supply. The team is helpful and respond to the queries and doubts in a very fast and effective way. The digital platform they use is customizable and was able to attend all our design standards and requirements.
