I think self reviews and reviews received should be separate from reviews given. It would also be great to create performance review report - like a pdf file that displays the questions and collected feedback well written. When it's anonymous, the feedback should not be in the same order with the previous feedback, then it's making kind of obvoius... We're small and only wanted to use it for Performance Reviews. We found one bug early on in our setup process, reported it, and they fixed it in less than a week. Reviews are completed much more quickly and enrich the performance review process. **What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?** It would be enormously beneficial to administrators to be able to export better consolidated reports from the system and to be able to alphabetize reports by SURname, not by first name. **What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** to my knowledge, they are not working on being able to alphabetize reviewers or reviewees by surname, nor, working on creating a more professional consolidated review report. We evaluate them and also have them do a self-eval. LOVE the comparison feature! We also like that multiple people can evaluate the same person then pulling the comparison report shows all evals including the self-eval. **What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?** Haven't found anything I don't like. Only thing would be my lack of knowledge of certain features but that is my fault - AssessTeam provides great support in learning the system. **What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It enables us to be able to evaluate staff more objectively. We can also pull the previous year's review to compare for improvement in specified areas. In our Company there is multiple people that provide feedback in the review process, I would like the team leader to be able to do the review for a team member, and then submit it for approval to the head of department. It is very frustrating for us that each persons review is separated.
