The web layout is busy. Not much to say about the advantages and benefits. **What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?** I havent explore this yet. It's great to have both manager - subordinate and peer evaluations in one place. **What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?** While the program has plenty of features, it may have more than what we need as a team of 15. That's not really a problem, but there are definitely things we don't use. **What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Assess team helps us maintain a consistent and easy to manage feedback loop for the team. It's great how easy it is to setup peer review evaluations the recur automatically. We also really benefited from the templates that were in place ### 34. This one is by far the most difficult. I cant see the information that I need to be able to see to know if the evaluator and Evaluee are set up correctly so I am constantly reaching out to the administrator to help me with each of my new hires to make sure they are set up correctly. **What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am stuggling to find this product to be better performing than others I have used. ### 35. It helps me to know my performance. Assess team helps me in working much harder in my work. **What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?** According to me, I have not experience anything negative about Assess team. I would therefore recomend people using it, because in that way we're able to monitor your KPIs. **What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Assess team enable one to monitor his/ her KPIs. It also enables managers to evaluate me and therefore enabling me to make more more effort in the less performed KPIs. ### 36. I like the signature and printing features. The UI and UX are quite nice and engaging. **What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?** I am not able to see the evaluations I've previously filled unless I had sent them to my email. I cannot see detail of the evaluations I've received from my supervisors. I would also like to be able to enter in annual individual metrics. **What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is an inexpensive way to gather employee sentiments and also track employee performance. I also appreciate the follow-up reminders to ensure assessments get completed. ### 39. A simulteneous view will allows users to key-in timesheet as we're working on diff job engagements concurrently. **What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** As abovementioned, it allows my superiors to reflect their comments and evaluation about my performance in job engagements.
