What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

Document generation, but specifically Settlement Memos that allow filters and customization for all the case expenses, split fees, liens, any provider billing, etc is probably my favorite feature. The fact you can calculate the interest for me b/c I suck at math is *chef's kiss emoji*. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

The fact firm/staff emails aren't readily available when sending documents or emails from within Neos and have to be added manually not only into the message, but into Neos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

I love the convenience of the notifications and everything being in one place, makes it quick and easy to find what I need while on a call with a client. Also love the self help feature, no longer having to wait on someone from IT to reach me when I have an issue, I always get a call right away from Neos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

I personally haven't found a feature I haven't enjoyed using for work purposes. I will say sometimes I have issues with my email attachments tagging with the email, but that could be an Outlook issue and not a Neos issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

Our firm is able to draft documents faster, less mistakes, and provides the ability to focus on other tasks.

It is user friendly - Firm wide - everyone is using the same templates when using Neos to assemble documents. I love the ability to modify the documents as needed, as each case differs.

Customer Service has been great! Our firm frequently uses Neos office wide.

It was easy to integrate Neos Assembly firm wide.

What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

I would not really say there is a downside to using Neos to assemble documents. It just takes time to get used to implementing something new. After, I learned how to use Neos to assemble documents-- I was able to see the benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
