I like the color scheme as simple as that sounds. It is very pleasing to the eye. I also like how you can organize your day with the calendar. It is very easy to see what you have going on. I also like how you can text through Neos. We do this ALL the time. It is a huge form of contact we have with our clients, especially spanish speaking clients. Neo's is amazing. It helps me keep track of my cases and the work that is done and still needed to be done. I can text and email my clients straight from Neo's. I can save all my emails, texts and notes from here. The text feature will notify you if the message went through or not. We have been able to upload our letters to the program and be able to generate each one for our clients, we can even open the generated letters and change the letter. It helps cut down the time of having to produce each letter one by one and cut down on the basic needs of inputting name, address etc. Neos has a calendar setting to set dates for clients and even write notes to other co-workers. Logging in and out is very easy and case reminders come up when you log in everyday. Time keeping can be put for each case if you need to keep time for hourly cases for civil or criminal cases. Cost for each case can be calculated and input in the system, to make everything easier for the accountant. It certainly can be customizable to your office. The updates sometimes take away the way we make our reports and case list. We don't have much say in what they update sometimes the updates are refreshing and helpful but lately it has madeit a little difficult for my office to run reports. All work is saved and tagged on each clients file. We are able to set calendar reminders and dates. We are able to leave notes on what was spoken about with clients and send text messages as follow ups. We are notified if the text message went through or not. In Assembly Neos, I find it frustrating that you need to manually press the save button after updating information on a case. If you forget to click it, your changes won't be saved. The most useful thing about Neos is the options to upload files on the case documents tabs so everyone in the firm can see them in one place. I like how it is easy to access by everyone instead of searching in a file folder on the desktop. I also I how the Neos team is accessible right away. The Neos customer support is the best.
