Document generation, but specifically Settlement Memos that allow filters and customization for all the case expenses, split fees, liens, any provider billing, etc is probably my favorite feature. The fact firm/staff emails aren't readily available when sending documents or emails from within Neos and have to be added manually not only into the message, but into Neos. Mathing is not a feature I came with factory. All attempts at adding after-market upgrades have been shaky at best. I love the convenience of the notifications and everything being in one place, makes it quick and easy to find what I need while on a call with a client.
