Neo's is amazing. It helps me keep track of my cases and the work that is done and still needed to be done. I can text and email my clients straight from Neo's. I can save all my emails, texts and notes from here. The text feature will notify you if the message went through or not. We have been able to upload our letters to the program and be able to generate each one for our clients, we can even open the generated letters and change the letter. It helps cut down the time of having to produce each letter one by one and cut down on the basic needs of inputting name, address etc. Neos has a calendar setting to set dates for clients and even write notes to other co-workers. Logging in and out is very easy and case reminders come up when you log in everyday. Time keeping can be put for each case if you need to keep time for hourly cases for civil or criminal cases. Cost for each case can be calculated and input in the system, to make everything easier for the accountant. It certainly can be customizable to your office. The updates sometimes take away the way we make our reports and case list. We don't have much say in what they update sometimes the updates are refreshing and helpful but lately it has madeit a little difficult for my office to run reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like a few things about Neos. It keeps the client's medical treatment and balances readily available. The reports provide very precise data. In Assembly Neos, I find it frustrating that you need to manually press the save button after updating information on a case. If you forget to click it, your changes won't be saved. It would be much more convenient if the system automatically saved updates for you. It's not a deal breaker but you do need to remember to save. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most useful thing about Neos is the options to upload files on the case documents tabs so everyone in the firm can see them in one place. I like how it is easy to access by everyone instead of searching in a file folder on the desktop. I also I how the Neos team is accessible right away. The Neos customer support is the best. My significant frustration stems from the rigid structure, particularly the inability to easily create custom tabs and data entry fields tailored to the unique requirements of each case. I like that it allows me to do detailed notes and includes tasks that I am able to complete. Personal injury cases include a variety of tasks that must be completed in a timely manner. This helps me to stay on top of everything I have to do including record requests, letters of representation and following up with adjusters, providers and clients. The ease of use makes it easy to stay organized, on track and manage all of the tasks I have to complete.
