Document generation, but specifically Settlement Memos that allow filters and customization for all the case expenses, split fees, liens, any provider billing, etc is probably my favorite feature. I love the convenience of the notifications and everything being in one place, makes it quick and easy to find what I need while on a call with a client. I personally haven't found a feature I haven't enjoyed using for work purposes. I will say sometimes I have issues with my email attachments tagging with the email, but that could be an Outlook issue and not a Neos issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our firm was using Needles and this change was worlds better! Coming from a server based program to a cloud based program was out of this world! We love the document capability, the easy to understand and navigate platform. Neos is clear and concise - no more skipping from tab to tab to input or search information. Neos is an easy to understand format that we can access from our home office as easily as if we are on site. The ability to add details to notes that make it far easier to pinpoint what you are looking for is amazing. Additionally, there are so many short tutorials all staff members can learn or refresh how to achieve various tasks without having to wait for technical support. As we move forward in the program we continue to discover the many shortcuts and time saving features that are making a great difference in our productivity. I love the ability to create documents with the form blanks being filled in with client information that is saved in Neos. This saves us a ton of time! The files are easy to keep clean, it's easy to find what you're looking for, and I like that we can send messages to others in the network and then post it to a file as well. I also like the search bar option in notes.
