The best thing about Assembly Neos that I like is the manner it arranges brainstorming sessions in a graphical manner. Since I have experienced, Assembly Neos will slow down when working with boards containing numerous items. It requires additional work to change layouts or even to rearrange several notes, which may disrupt the workshops. This has an impact on efficiency in certain sessions. I find it the best part of Assembly Neos because it makes the work of staff members very well structured and helps avoid the conflicts before they can occur. I commonly apply it to allocate shifts, check availability and sanction time off. The features count enable me to monitor people who are capable of working when and relay messages promptly. One of the disadvantages that I have faced with Assembly Neos is that it is difficult to change schedules at the very last moment. Whenever the employees make unexpected requests such as swaps or time-offs, there is an extra effort of updating all the shifts and notifying the team. The features I cherish the most about Neos is its accessibility related details. These include the tabs, cases, customization, quick note options, file dragging and clickable icons. As a first time user of these applications; the learning process was extremely efficient, fast and commendable. I use NEOS everyday and my functions at times require simultaneously calendar, intake, file uploading, checks, and case work: all of which are smoothly coexisting with NEOS. I must confess that in recent times I have not at all enjoyed the new updates or editions to its software. Its newer updates have added unnecessary cluttering tabs and options. The software itself has become slower; as I mentioned in my likes- it is so important to me to have multiple tabs open to work most efficiently. Although NEOS is still powerful, I confess that it is slightly weaker than older models. I have not had the most reliable costumer support unfortunately as well. Assembly Neos is very noticeable in terms of making the work of estate and trust more visible. I use it on a daily basis to keep track of case notes, client requests, and submission of documents. I do not like that in Assembly Neos there are certain workflows that do not seem flexible and can hardly be modified in case of any unforeseen circumstances. To add an exception or update, a few steps are at times necessary and this delays my working on pending cases. Multi tasking may prove to be cumbersome when the seasons are at their peak. What I like most about Neos is that it keeps everything in one place and actually makes day-to-day work easier. It helps our teams stay organized, keeps cases moving, and gives us clear visibility into what’s happening across the firm. From a marketing perspective, having clean data and consistent reporting makes a huge difference in how we track performance and improve the client experience. I like the custom Dashboards. My marketing dashboards give me live insights into leads, retainers, and sources to keep me up to date and informed. Also, if you want a new field or a new way of reporingt, they are quick to add it. The biggest frustration has been the lack of response around API access. We submitted a very straightforward request for read-only API access over three weeks ago and still haven’t received any response. Because of this, we’ve had to build our own Google offline tracking workaround, which is far from ideal.

This delay is directly impacting our ability to implement proper offline conversion tracking and build a reporting dashboard that leadership is actively asking for. It puts unnecessary strain on internal reporting and, candidly, reflects poorly on me when I’m unable to deliver something that should be simple, especially when Neos promotes having an open API and working closely with client teams. I like the ease of Assembly Neos. It's user-friendly and very customizable. We love how we can generate templates we use daily and organize document types to make searching easier. It seems to be more geared for personal injury firms. We do not handle those types of cases, so some of the tabs are irrelevant to us. We do not use everything Neos has available - simply because we do not know how. The firm is doing more self-teaching and self-discovering rather than utilizing Neos Academy or reaching out for assistance. We have barely tapped into all the things Neos can do for us. The layout could be better. I'm coming from Trialworks and the tabs in that program, and what each tab contained, were better in my opinion. I think the tabs in Neos are a bit clunky and it's hard to find certain client information - whereas in Trialworks it was right there and made sense on where to find it. The best part of Assembly Neos to me is its ability to seamlessly integrate with tools that we already use, e.g. Slack or Google Workspace. The integration of everything makes it all a moving flow so I do not waste time in moving contexts. It is also easy to use despite the variety of its features. I find myself using it every single day of the week and it has become something I rely on in order to get our team on course and our day to day running smoothly. The thing that frustrates me the most is that some of the features seem to be stiff and thus, I cannot always place them as I wish. Those constraints can be felt since I spend a lot of time in the software. It worked well to implement, and the regular updates are disruptive to our schedule at times, particularly when the update temporarily impacts the interface with our existing systems. The limitation of Assembly Neos is that certain functions to control overlapping or multistep tasks are insufficient. Adjusting assignments manually or monitoring some information not on the platform, I sometimes need to do the same, which reduces productivity. I am using it on a daily basis and hence these restrictions are frequent.
