"Fun and Easy Recognition Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

I find Assembly by Quantum Workplace very easy to use. The interface is visually appealing and fun. I enjoy using Assembly to assign trophies and gain rewards for a job well done. The feed is interactive, and I enjoy seeing what my colleagues have accomplished. The initial setup was very easy because the information HR had already set up communicated with the Assembly program, so there was little for me to do before I could start using it. What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

Sometimes, I have issues opening my Assembly app through Teams. It usually resolves by closing the application and trying again, so I assume it's just a 'bug' in the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fun Recognition Tool with Great Slack Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

I like that people can post fun messages with gifs and comments. The way Assembly by Quantum Workplace integrates with Slack is nice because the rest of the company can see it, and it becomes a fun post. It gets posted to a Slack channel and is easily accessible by the rest of the company, not just you and the person receiving recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

It would be nice if you could give recognition from within other chat services like Slack. Then I don't need to access the website. Also the website does not work well from mobile browsers. The message boxes get resized weirdly and I can't access all the buttons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Team Recognition & Culture Visibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace to recognize and reward my teammates, and I really like that employee recognition is consistent now. It makes contributions visible across teams, helping to create a culture where people appreciate each other's work. Recognizing that not all impactful work is reflected in project deliverables or tickets, this visibility is valuable. The peer-to-peer recognition feature is especially beneficial, as it makes it easy to acknowledge teammates when they help with a project, review code, share knowledge, or support others. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Assembly by Quantum Workplace to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

One area could be improved is helping users discover and revisit recognition more effectively. There can be a lot of activity in the feed, and sometimes meaningful recognition gets buried over time. Better search, filtering or personalized summaries could make it easier to find important contributions and understand trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Peer-Driven Recognition That Strengthens Team Culture"
5/5
What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

The platform is simple and intuitive, which makes recognition easy and frequent rather than forced. I like that recognition feels peer‑driven and authentic instead of top‑down. Public shout‑outs help create visibility around good work and contribute to a more positive team culture. It’s also motivating to see recognition tied to company values rather than generic praise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

While the core recognition features work well, some of the reporting and analytics feel more geared toward leadership than everyday users. That’s not a major issue for my use case, but expanded visibility into trends or engagement insights could be helpful for teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

One of the least helpful aspects, or downsides, of Assembly is that there aren’t any email notifications when you receive a shoutout. Instead, you have to log in every so often and check for yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
