I appreciated that it was easy to navigate but the option to leave a review for a reward is a bait and switch.

You lie to your users. You offer rewards for completing AI pregenerated reviews and then you never provide the reward.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform provides no benefits. Bait and switch.

Company seems like a scam as they promise to pay people (with vouchers) for good reviews and then don't bother sending the vouchers. Cheaters!

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Stop cheating people and ghosting once we reach out because we haven't received the promised gift card.

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I like about the assembly is I never seen a downtime while using this app. I feel the this very secured while redeeming you rewards, double security layer is added. This very user-friendly , any new guy can easily use it.

I do not find anything to dislike. I found all the good. Can't complain qbout anything.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using assembly for Employee Recognition. Teams can recognise team members and collaboration. 
We use it for organisations announcements.
Announcement and Celebration of new joinee.
Celebrating team members Birthdays and anniversaries.

The home screen is somewhat confusting to navigate

Assembly keeps positivity and employee recognition front of mind and easy to do.  We are a multi-campus organization, so Assembly brings unity and celebration across our campuses!
