What do you like best about Assembly?

Assembly is a great way to recognize team members who are doing a great job in a tangible way. Other recognition programs require LARGE sums of points before redeeming great items, but Assembly's point system allows you to quickly accumulate points and redeem that more often. As an engineering manager, is very simple for me to reward my reports and congratulate them at the same time using assembly points.

The integration with slack works very well: the word is spread far and wide through the company channels.

I think the most helpful thing about assembly is the ability to use positive reinforcement to encourage and promote behaviors and practices that make the working environment a better place.
