I like that you can put gifts on Assembly by Quantum Workplace. I also like that you can give points to certain people, more points to some people, and less points to others, as certain things call for less or more points. This setup gives people more incentive at our workplace to do more for others or take that extra step, knowing they're going to get gratification and a reward for it. I really enjoy the little things which give a positive spin on a day at work. You can't always have the best days, but seeing some of the interactions on Assembly really give a little smile or laughter to the team. I would say my most disliked thing in any platform is when someone tags @everyone and you get those notifications. I love how many ways there are to acknowledge and interact with my team, particularly because so many of them work in a different city. Giving or receiving recognition and trophies makes me feel good and like our team cares about each other. Sharing wow moments helps me see how everyone is going above and beyond in their field of work. It also gives us an opportunity to be silly and share photos of our pets. It helps us focus on our company's core values. When I first joined Lightcurve, I was able to share about myself and interact with my coworkers right away which made my onboarding feel so smooth. I never feel like I have enough trophies to go around, and I wish I could send more. I also think it can be difficult to get everyone to buy into using it consistently. And, when you are giving a reward, you can use a value, that's important to the team, they can know your sincere opinion. Their support team will help you when you got an issue but it will take some time for them to give you a solution, that's the only bad part I found in assembly so far and I've been using this app for almost 2 years. I love the ease of using the platform and real time updates that i receive. The gift cards and vouchers are mapped quite well with the amount! I regularly use the vouchers and i'm based in India, it has a lot of platform vouchers. I have also found the support to be quick and the resolutions to be satisfactory.
