"Streamlined Workforce Management with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Assembled WFM?

I love the interface of Assembled WFM; it's amazing and helps everything work timely without any delay. It's light on browser resources, which is great. Assembled WFM allows us to clearly see and plan resources for our BPO projects, offering real-time insights into team adherence to tasks and KPIs. I like how we can generate multiple reports for documentation purposes, and its integration with a wide variety of tools makes it very versatile. I appreciate being able to handle everything in one place, avoiding the need for multiple documents and systems. The setup was pretty easy with simple inputs, and later, adding more data and planning went well. It's powerful for different purposes, even handling project invoicing. For the price paid and the features and flexibility it encompasses through ai and different systems it is truly amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?

We're having a bit of struggle to upload shifts, but I do believe that may have something to do more with how we're organized internally, not how Assembled WFM works. Once they're uploaded, it works perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improves Staffing Visibility and Operational Efficiency"
4/5
What do you like best about Assembled WFM?

As a Team Lead, Assembled helps me manage staffing more effectively through accurate forecasting, real-time monitoring, and schedule visibility. This makes it easier to ensure proper coverage, respond to changing workloads, and focus on supporting my team's success rather than spending time on manual workforce planning tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?

The main downside is the learning curve. Because Assembled has many features and metrics, it can take some time to become fully comfortable with the platform and make the most of its capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Configurable WFM Tool with Helpful Support and Solid Uptime"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Assembled WFM?

It's very intuitive and easy to learn and use. It is also very configurable, and I can set it up the way that I want to use it. Assembled integrates easily with ZenDesk, but if you want to do a custom integration, their support team is really helpful and willing to work with you to make it happen. It performs well and has almost no downtimes for maintenance. Finally, the price is in line with other WFM tools, and can be negotiated as your agent pool grows. What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?

I wish that it was easier to integrate with Amazon Connect and Salesforce. They may have improved it since I did an integration last year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Drag-and-Drop Interface That Saves Hours Each Week"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Assembled WFM?

Be specific and mention the features and aspects of the software you use regularly. Explain how it has improved your workflow; instead of writing “easy to use,” try something like “the drag-and-drop interface saves me hours each week.” Also share any unexpected benefits you’ve discovered along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?

1. Limited depth for complex forecasting

It’s strong in straightforward support environments, but teams with highly variable demand or multi-skill routing may find the forecasting and capacity planning a bit too simplistic compared with heavier enterprise tools.

2. Scheduling flexibility can feel constrained

For basic schedules, it’s clean and easy to use. However, in edge cases—like split shifts, complex labor rules, or nuanced agent preferences—it can get clunky and may require manual workarounds.

3. Reporting gaps

The dashboards look nice, but some users want reporting that’s more customizable and granular without having to export data somewhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Monitoring Boosts Efficiency, Needs Minor Tweaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Assembled WFM?

I really appreciate the real-time agent analysis in Assembled WFM. It gives me a live overview of what my agents are doing at any moment, whether they are on calls, available, on break, or in another status. This feature helps me quickly identify occupancy, manage adherence, and ensure my agents are utilizing their time effectively. The tool allows me to make immediate adjustments when needed, rather than waiting for end-of-day reports. Additionally, I find the scheduling, automated breaks and lunches, and reporting to be incredibly efficient in managing my team and maintaining productivity throughout the day. The initial setup was also pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?

One area that could be improved is the real-time status tracking. At times, Assembled WFM glitches and incorrectly marks agents as offline even when they are actively online and working. This can impact real-time monitoring and adherence tracking, and it sometimes requires manual verification to confirm an agent's actual status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Monitoring and Alerts, but Missing Agent Availability for Scheduling"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Assembled WFM?

To my understanding, it's a good tool for real time monitoring. As a scheduler, I do not use that feature, but the team was able to set up alerts, so monitoring became easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?

I hate the fact that it does not have a section for us to insert agent's work availabilities. That's the whole point of getting a scheduling tool, so Assembled is super archaic on this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple UI, Helpful Support, and Reliable Performance at a Great Price"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Assembled WFM?

The UI is quite simple, very easy to set up teams and queues. Different forecasting methods and ability to easily adjust outliers. Frequent updates and new features. Support is especially helpful which is a quite a big plus.

They do not offer too much in terms of ready integrations but you can you their API document which outlines everything perfectly.

In terms of performance they have very low downtimes and 99% of the time everything works perfectly. Never had an issue with reliability and speed.

In terms of pricing it is quite accessible compared to the alternatives and you get quite a lot of features and reliable performance for the money.

They are adding some AI features but it's not overflooded and is used in actual useful cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?

Some important features are missing, like vacation tracking is not tied directly to the agents, you have to find reports and if the vacation overlaps on different days (moving/flexible shifts in customer service) can be a pain as it counts as 2 days. Staffing requirements could also be improved.

Other than that I don't have anything that I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Schedule Changes and At-a-Glance Hours with Strong Forecasting Visuals"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Assembled WFM?

I really appreciate how easy it is to make changes to schedules, there's not a huge lift to add folks in to our schedule or take them out. I also love being able to see hours at a glance, making it super quick to get through our weekly metrics reviews. From the forecasting side, I like being able to get a visual of volume over time, and seeing historical data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?

We would love to have more control of the API to be able to make more technical connections with our product on the backend. This is hyper-specific to Zapier becaue of what we do, so it's more of a nice-to-have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Scheduling with Some Collaborative Limitations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Assembled WFM?

I like the integration with Google Calendar and Intercom. When our agents are 'away,' it automatically updates in Intercom and shows that they're out of adherence. I also appreciate the alerts set up to go to Slack, which notify us whenever there are adherence gaps. Updating in Assembled and syncing with the calendar allows for easy scheduling. I find the reporting section helpful to view total hours scheduled, production hours, break hours, and more. Scheduling 1:1s or meetings in Google Calendar is easy, and I can simply add the Assembled email to sync everything in Assembled. This ensures the agents' production hours are accurate, which is crucial when monitoring their production numbers. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty straightforward, and our representative, Sam, was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?

It would be helpful if multiple people could edit in Assembled WFM at one time. Currently, only one person can edit at a time, which is inconvenient for our large team. Each manager should be able to edit their team's schedules independently and simultaneously. If we could separate workspaces by manager, it would be really helpful. "Real-Time Scheduling with a Friendly UI and Easy Gmail Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about Assembled WFM?

All of it, especially on how you can edit the schedule realtime. The UI as well is great and user friendly. Within the integration itself, it's performing very well. I'd assume this is within the affordable price. The schedule integration with Gmail is easy with just one click to sync all of the scheduled task within the day.

The AI supportw with the Ask Us A Question helped a lot on how to properly setup Assembled inline with the daily tasks. Some of the features are so easy to understand that we don't need prior training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?

This might be the people management as it tends to confuse me sometime. I would suggest to have it on a simpler UI together with the monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
