It requires some customization and specialized technical knowledge. The application provides a working interface that does not allow us to utilize our resources. There is room for improvement such as increasing the query function and simplifying workflow correspondence so the team promptly resolves any issues. **What do you dislike about Assai?** The user interface of Assai sometimes feels difficult and overwhelming for users. Extensive customization options are beneficial, but for some, they also cause confusion and difficulties in navigating the software. It would be better if the user friendly UI had a visually appealing design. **What problems is Assai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lacking features makes it difficult to grasp and adapt to the platform. Despite being advertised as customer support they often take an amount of time to respond and lack prompt assistance. Assai is unable to solve all our integration challenges by lacking various aspects of our business. Project management, document control, and collaboration. ### 2. It provides a lack of work interface that does not allow us to utilize our resources. I have come across many issues. There are technical glitches, in it. **What do you dislike about Assai?** Its lack of user friendliness and intuitive design make it difficult for users to navigate through all its features. The systems limited flexibility in customization hampers its ability to adapt to project requirements. The training provided by Assai as their customer support resource is poor for users who need assistance in fully utilizing the platform. **What problems is Assai solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is room for improvement in upgrading its query function, correspondence capabilities, and workflow management. Assai serves as a poorly integrated system that is unable to solve aspects of our business management problems. It complicates our workflows by not promoting collaboration, among teams. ### 3.
