Aspirock is an Employer of Record and global payroll provider operating across more than 70 countries, with offices in Ireland, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Australia. Aspirock becomes the legal employer so a company can hire, pay and manage people in a market where it holds no local entity of its own. We issue the local employment contract and run payroll, tax withholding, statutory benefits, social security, immigration, onboarding and offboarding under local labour law. The client keeps direction of the work. Aspirock was founded on 22+ years of EOR operational experience across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, and is run by operators rather than sold as a platform. Every client works with a named account team that owns the deployment end to end, supported by in-market specialists who carry out the statutory work locally. When something needs attention you call a person, not a ticket queue. Coverage spans the EU, the Americas, the GCC, Turkey and Asia Pacific. Markets with published country-level service coverage include Ireland, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. In the United Arab Emirates that covers MOHRE and GPSSA registration and Wage Protection System filing, across both mainland and free zone employment. Saudi Arabia is where the operating model is most visible. Aspirock Arabia is a direct-entity Employer of Record in the Kingdom: it holds its own Saudi commercial registration, works from a Riyadh office, and is itself the visa sponsor and legal employer of the staff it deploys. It holds Platinum Nitaqat status, the top Saudisation band. The Riyadh team works the government platforms directly, covering Qiwa contract authentication, Mudad wage protection filing, GOSI social insurance registration, and Muqeem visa and Iqama management, and plans deployments against current Saudisation and Localisation requirements before a visa is filed. We work with companies deploying staff into markets where they hold no entity, recruitment and staffing firms who need a compliant employment vehicle behind their placements, and contractors who need compliant cross-border payment. Key capabilities: - Employer of Record employment across 70+ countries - Multi-country payroll, tax filing and statutory benefits administration - Contractor payroll with daily multi-currency contractor payments - Immigration, visa sponsorship and work permits - Client and contractor portals for contracts, payslips and documents, configured per client - Flat monthly fee per employee, never a percentage of salary, with no setup fee and no offboarding fee
