**What do you like best about AspexGo?**

I enjoy the convenience of passengers being able to use the program on a tablet to complete their transaction from their seat. 

**What do you dislike about AspexGo?**

I dislike that sometimes the program automatically quits and has to be restarted. 

**What problems is AspexGo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Occasionally the program freezes. However passengers tend to enjoy the program’s convenience.
