I like that we can exchange across our products with Aspen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the fact that once an order is over 60 days (past purchase) Aspen automatically issues a gift card rather than refunding an order.
I dislike the fact that it doesn't notify us when there is an issue with the account. We'll only find out that something is wrong when we're in the account and something isn't working.
I dislike that it doesn't refund orders as it should, so now the team has to manually do it.

When we ask them for a code update, they execute within 24 hours. Really speedy, very responsive during development and deployment. The development process was very collaborative. The Founder was very involved and interested in helping us grown our business by providing a great experience for our customers. Very fair contract negotiation process. Very easy to work with and very personable. Loved that we were one of the first customers when typically don't prefer a beta platform. Excited to watch their business grow. As their business grows, the responsiveness has diminished ever so slightly. There are a few limitations to the system but they seem eager to work through them. We sometimes will ask them a question and not hear back from them if the work is being done. Meanwhile, days later the update is completed it just appears on site without advising the team that the project was completed. Customer service team has advised that not all info flows well and seems like many steps to process a return. Part of this is education at the warehouse level. 80% of our customer service tickets were returns and exchanges. Utilizing AspenCX, we were able to free up that time and put our focus on expanding our business.

The system is extremely slow and takes a long time for me to process a refund for one customer. Having to go back and forth btwn roles and waiting for each one to take affect is time consuming. Takes about 5 minutes to issue one refund. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
